In its 44th edition, What Color is Your Parachute has been described as a self-help book that actually helps. The Total Money Make Over
by Dave Ramsey. Thomas Nelson
This is a must read for everyone. It will help you set a clear path for getting out of debt and leading the life you dream of. There’s a workbook as well.

The China Study: The Most Comprehensive Study of Nutrition Ever Conducted and the Startling Implications for Diet, Weight Loss and Long-Term Health
by T. Colin Campbell, Thomas M. Campbell (II). BenBella Books.
Granted, this is not a business or financial planning book in the traditional sense. However, it is an eye opening effect of the American diet on our long term health. Given the long term uncertainty over the American health care system and the prospect of living longer than we ever dreamed, it makes sense to make intentional choices to ensure that our later years are healthy years.

We’re always looking to add to the reading list. If you have read a book you find particularly useful or thought-provoking, you are encouraged to email details to bob@impartfinancial.com.
